In it, Professor Hicks dealt with the keys to promoting good practices of the businessman and the manager attending to the elements of human dignity that must be put into practice to lead an organisation and thus promote a humanistic management of the company (Humanistic Management).
Hicks has stated that “leading with dignity is the first step in creating an organisational culture that brings out the best in people and organisations, thus avoiding the conflicts that arise when human dignity is violated in the workplace.
The conference given by Donna Hicks at the facilities of the bathroom and shower furniture multinational in Quart de Poblet (RGIB) is the first in a series of work sessions to be held at the 3 companies that are part of this board: the cosmetics company RNB, the bathroom and shower furniture company RGIB and the international distribution of raw materials company, Guzmán Global, in addition to the technological multinational Seidor based in Valencia.
During this week, Donna Hicks will visit the headquarters of these companies and work side by side with their management teams. The objective is to know the actions they are carrying out to promote these principles of humanist management and help them to strengthen their efforts so that the practices they are developing in this way, contribute to a greater extent to promote a culture of dignity that fosters commitment and trust of the people who are part of their organisations.
